Under this program, we develop a procedure for each machine, listing its energy sources and control points, and also explaining how to dissipate any stored energy, how to LOTO the machine so it can’t be started, and how to verify machine isolation. For each machine, its procedure is laminated and installed on the machine itself, and energy source tags are installed at all energy control points.
